The massing of Apartment 240 is shaped by a series of strategic subtractions that bring daylight deep into every floor while reducing the apparent scale of the tower. Push backs in the volume create terraces and corner balconies, giving residents outdoor rooms that look back over the city. The repeating grid of the facade ties these moves together, so that the tower reads as a calm, rhythmic object rather than a sheer slab, and each apartment still feels part of a coherent vertical community.
