BROWN’s largest flagship—an indoor–outdoor roastery experience shaped as a calm, landscaped sequence of spaces.
The brief
BROWN Roastery Park is conceived as Cambodia’s largest BROWN Coffee flagship, located within The Ground Market masterplan in Chbar Ampov. At 1,570 m², the project required a clear architectural approach to scale: organizing a large footprint into a comfortable experience that still feels intimate and welcoming. The design is planned as a continuous indoor–outdoor environment, extending seating and social space toward the site’s landscape.
Rather than a single open hall, the space is structured into distinct zones that support different ways of using the café: focused areas for solo work, flexible group seating, and outdoor places to gather in connection with greenery. Circulation is designed to feel intuitive, allowing visitors to move naturally between quieter corners, social zones, and outdoor seating, even at peak capacity. Exclusive counters and interactive moments are integrated into the layout to create experiences unique to this flagship, while material and lighting choices reinforce warmth and human scale throughout.
