The brief
Located within ISI Park as part of the first development phase, Fuxin Office serves as a key workplace hub for staff, partners and tenants. The goal was to create a space that reflects a new generation of workplace behaviour, moving away from closed, individual offices toward more flexible, social and activity-based work zones.
The office is organised around clear vertical and horizontal circulation with framed views and landscaped pocket areas that soften the interior. The spatial language prioritises transparency and connection, supported by a material palette combining textured surfaces, warm timber tones and refined industrial details.
A mix of private rooms, informal meeting areas and larger shared work zones allows multiple work styles to coexist. Openness, greenery and natural daylighting act as recurring themes to reinforce well-being and a sense of belonging in the workplace.
Scope of Work
Design of an adaptable office environment combining open-plan workspaces, enclosed meeting rooms, shared lounges and landscaped circulation spaces. The project focuses on improving productivity, supporting collaboration between multiple business units and providing a welcoming, modern workspace identity.
