An eight-storey workplace landmark designed to anchor ISI Park’s new business district with flexibility, openness, and collaborative energy.
The brief
Located at the entrance of ISI Park along Veng Sreng Road, the ISI Office Tower acts as an instantly recognisable visual marker for visitors approaching the district. Designed to serve both employees and the growing KMH community, the building presents a modern workplace environment rooted in openness, connectivity, and adaptability.
The tower comprises eight floors of commercially lettable office space. The ground and mezzanine levels accommodate ISI sales offices, while the upper floors are planned with long-term flexibility in mind, allowing tenants to occupy modular units or combine multiple floors as their needs evolve.
The architectural strategy prioritises fluid movement and interaction. Large open-plan communal spaces are interwoven with landscaped pockets, bringing nature into the work environment and encouraging informal meetings, collaboration, and social engagement. These shared spaces reflect emerging workplace paradigms where flexibility and human connection shape the daily experience.
Inside, the design focuses on clarity, light, and comfort. Double-height interiors, warm material palettes, and carefully controlled lighting contribute to a calm yet productive atmosphere. Circulation zones are intentionally generous, reinforcing the sense of openness and allowing the tower to function as both a business hub and a social anchor within ISI Park.
Altogether, the ISI Office Tower embodies a new model for urban workplaces in Phnom Penh: adaptable, community-driven, and grounded in a thoughtful integration of architecture and landscape.

Open interior voids and planted pockets soften the geometry of the tower, creating a dialogue between structure and landscape. These landscaped communal areas encourage interaction between tenants and business units, reinforcing a workplace culture built on collaboration and social connectivity.
