ISI Park I

A transformative mixed-use district designed to bring together work, lifestyle, education, leisure, and community at the scale of a new urban hub.

The brief

The ISI Park masterplan outlines a long-term vision to transform 50 hectares of industrial land into a vibrant mixed-use business and lifestyle hub. The development integrates commercial offices, retail, entertainment, F&B, residential, sports, education, and generous green spaces to support a holistic live–work–play–learn environment.

Phase 1 establishes the foundation for this vision through a coordinated mix of civic and commercial anchors. Together, these elements form a clear urban structure along Veng Sreng Boulevard, creating a district core that combines daily convenience with recreation and community life.

The park anchors the development with a primary school and play areas, reinforcing its role as both the social and ecological heart. ISI Park Phase 1 also sets guiding principles for the broader masterplan: integration, accessibility, and lifestyle synergy. By layering business, recreation, education, and community amenities within walkable proximity, the project supports an easy transition between work and leisure.

Scope of Work

Master planning, Architecture and Landscape Design

Phase 1 of the masterplan is organized around five key components: ISI Tower (office), Chankiri Shophouses, K Mall (community retail), AIA Stadium (soccer), and a central park. Together, these anchors establish a complete everyday ecosystem, designed to work as one connected precinct rather than isolated parcels.

As the first chapter of the ISI Park transformation, Phase 1 articulates a clear ambition: to evolve an industrial tract into a thriving mixed-use district that supports contemporary urban living. Through careful phasing, program diversity, and a strong public realm, ISI Park is positioned to grow into a future-forward hub where economic vitality and community well-being reinforce each other over time.
