A contemporary workplace landmark anchoring the gateway to ISI Park and setting the tone for a next-generation business district in Phnom Penh.
The brief
The ISI Office Tower is located at the entrance of the development along Veng Sreng Road, forming a recognizable landmark for visitors to the KMH development and for commuters traveling along the corridor. Its prominent position establishes a strong visual identity while marking the gateway to the site.
The building comprises nine floors of commercially leasable office space, with the ground and mezzanine levels dedicated to the ISI sales office as a long-term public interface for the development.
Designed with flexibility in mind, each floor can accommodate multiple tenants or be combined to support larger organizations occupying several levels. Generous landscaped communal spaces are integrated throughout the project to encourage interaction and collaboration between tenants, supporting contemporary workplace environments and evolving patterns of work.

The office interior combines open-plan workspaces with generous greenery, creating a more human-centred work experience. Common areas, lounges, and terraces are strategically positioned to encourage informal meetings and cross-team interaction. The tower represents a shift in workplace culture in Phnom Penh, blending productivity, comfort, and community with an adaptable and future-ready workspace model that supports evolving business needs.
