Hok Kang | Founder of HKA+Partners
Hok holds a dual degree in Architecture and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis. Upon graduation, he worked under Kengo Kuma and Associates, as well as Sou Fujimoto Architects in Tokyo, Japan, before returning home to Phnom Penh to start his own architecture practice, HKA + Partners, in 2010.
In 2013, Hok founded ISI Land (formerly Urbanland), a Cambodian real estate developer, creating inspirational spaces for people to live, work and play in, with absolute commitment to quality, durability and craftsmanship. His design philosophy centres on understanding the needs of people to creatively and efficiently design spaces that improves their quality of life. Over the last decade, his work has been celebrated for their distinctiveness and quality including Brown Coffee, Raintree, Embassy Central, Treeline Urban Resort and gated-landed property project, Borey Chankiri.

Based in Phnom Penh, HKA Partners is proudly built on Cambodian talent—a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers bringing together deep local knowledge and international design standards.
